Activation

We will attend to ensuring that your SIM card is activated according to your travel plans (U.S. time). The card is ready to use when you arrive in the U.S.

Kindly provide the requested activation information on our convenient form on the product page to ensure that your card is ready to use when you land in the U.S. For your convenience and to save you time and trouble. Gloka will provide this information to AT&T so that all you have to do is insert the SIM card into your compatible device when you arrive in the U.S.

Extend card’s duration

In the event of a longer stay in the U.S, we provide a top-up service to extend the card’s duration. Please contact our customer service 5 days before the plan ends or simply place your order online on the same product page.

The price of the top-up voucher is the price of the plan you chose. Please select the number of days by which you wish to extend your validity and then provide us with your U.S phone number in the Note section at checkout (kindly confirm that the number you provide is the phone number you wish to top-up as the top-up voucher cannot be revised once it has been generated).

Note:

• We can’t refill the card if you inform us after the plan ends as the card’s status will be invalid at the time
• The card can only be extended by Gloka.
• We only provide this top-up service for phone numbers sold by Gloka.
• The minimum extension is 5 days.

1. Provide us with the serial number of a blank AT&T SIM card: you can buy an AT&T blank SIM card online or at Wal-Mart and other retail outlets Please note that this card must be completely new, not yet activated
2. We deliver to your home/hotel, this takes about 3-5 business days, this service costs 15 USD.
