Data Plans by Usage:

  • 1GB for 15 Days/ 30 Days: Access with 1GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 1GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration
  • 2GB for 10 Days/ 15 Days/ 30 Days: Access with 2GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 2GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration

Activation

The card is ready to use, please insert the SIM card into a mobile device and open Data Roaming to use when you arrive.

The period of validity of the SIM card you have selected runs from when the SIM card is inserted into a mobile device.

Note:

+ Please do not insert the card in Vietnam, as this may cause card failure.

+ Data roaming is always ON

Extend card’s duration

  • Free SIM replacement in Vietnam if your device shows “No SIM” after testing the SIM in Vietnam.
  • Free eSIM replacement if the eSIM stops working due to technical issues during use and your device displays “No SIM.”

Note: SIMs damaged due to user-related causes will not be eligible for free replacement. This includes damage from dropping, losing the SIM, or physical scratches caused by heavy pressure or mishandling.

How to Enable Data Roaming on Android Devices:

  1. Go to SettingsConnections (or More).
  2. Select Mobile Networks → Toggle Data Roaming ON.

How to Enable Data Roaming on iPhones:

For iPhones with one SIM:

  1. Go to SettingsCellularCellular Data Options.
  2. Toggle Data Roaming ON to complete the setup.

For iPhones with Dual SIM (Physical SIM + eSIM or Dual eSIM):

  1. Go to SettingsCellularSIMs.
  2. Select the eSIM or SIM that has the data plan.
  3. Toggle Data Roaming ON to enable roaming.
