Data plan options:
- 1GB/day: unlimited internet access with 1GB of high-speed data per day ( speed throttled to 2G speed – 128 Kps if 1GB of high-speed data is used up, high-speed data is then restored the next day).
- 1GB/day – Unlimited 5Mbps: unlimited internet access with 1GB of high-speed data per day ( speed throttled to 5 Mbps if 1GB of high-speed data is used up, high-speed data is then restored the next day). A 5Mbps speed is sufficient for common tasks such as texting, emailing, browsing the web, using social media, video calls, and watching videos in SD (480p) on YouTube or Reels.
- 2GB/day: unlimited internet access with 2GB of high-speed data per day ( speed throttled to 2G speed – 128 Kps if 2GB of high-speed data is used up, high-speed data is then restored the next day).
- 3GB/day: unlimited internet access with 3GB of high-speed data per day ( speed throttled to 2G speed – 128 Kps if 3GB of high-speed data is used up, high-speed data is then restored the next day).
- 1GB for 30 Days: Access with 1GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 1GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration.
- 5GB for 15 Days / 30 Days: Access with 5GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 5GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration.
- 10GB for 7 Days / 10 Days/ 15 Days / 30 Days: Access with 10GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 10GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration.
- 15GB for 7 Days / 10 Days/ 15 Days / 30 Days: Access with 15GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 15GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration.
- 30GB for 7 Days / 10 Days/ 15 Days / 30 Days: Access with 30GB of high-speed 5G/4G data. After using the 30GB allowance, speeds will be reduced to unlimited 2G (128 Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration.
Mobile hotspot sharing is supported.
Activation
The SIM card activates automatically when inserted into your device.Note: Make sure Data Roaming is enabled to use the SIM.
Extend card’s duration
Gloka offers a worry-free extension on the period of validity of the SIM card should your stay in Hong Kong, Macau be extended. Please either contact our customer service or order online 3 days before the plan ends in order to purchase a top-up.Note:

Warranty Coverage:
- Free SIM replacement in Vietnam if your device shows “No SIM” after testing the SIM in Vietnam.
- Free eSIM replacement if the eSIM stops working due to technical issues during use and your device displays “No SIM.”
Note: SIMs damaged due to user-related causes will not be eligible for free replacement. This includes damage from dropping, losing the SIM, or physical scratches caused by heavy pressure or mishandling.
